Kratos Defense is currently seeking a Business Development Manager that will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing the business through client development, meeting sales goals, building relationships with new and existing clients.
Must have 5+ years Navy business development experience and a full understanding of Metro D.C. Navy contracting environment, including knowledge of NAVSEA, PEOs, OPNAV, OSD, etc. Strong working knowledge of business development sources such as GOVWINs, Centurion, eSEAPORT as well as proposal writing skills and experience in the development and execution of capture strategies. Must be able to coordinate development of proposals (i.e. teaming agreements, technical content, pricing, past performance, resumes, etc.)
Must have excellent Microsoft skills with emphasis on Excel.
