Position Summary
Plan, develop and execute multi-faceted programs to enhance profitability through collaboration, analysis and sound marketing practices. Assist in development of strategies and provide tactical execution to Sales Relationship and Sales Data Management. Engage with targeted customers and opportunities delivered by Demand Generation and prep and drive these qualified opportunities to the Menlo Sales team for further engagement. Assist in the strategy for automating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions along with implementing the selected CRM solution through tactical project management and training for Menlo. Support the Menlo sales team in obtaining sales and business goals.

Essential Functions
Analyze and build strategic business case for selecting and deploying a system/process for automating the CRM function
Obtain Voice of Customer (VOC) from concerned parties (Sales, Marketing, Executive Management)
Develop Financial and budgetary analysis for system/process to be deployed
Develop timing and project plan associated with pilot and implementation
Lead team of resources in piloting and implementing solution
Provide on-going training and support (through partners if required) for users
Use of Business Intelligence to further target and develop prospects into high quality, 'sales ready' leads
Become first level of contact with targeted leads provided by Demand Generation
Assist in determining the contact and marketing strategy per opportunity and relaying strategy to Sales team members for follow up and further engagement
Assist in managing relationship with Sales team and manage the targeted marketing throughout lifecycle of the engagement
Automation of key metrics (through use of selected system) to promote a 'Status At A Glance' (SAAG) board
Manage and distribute marketing campaigns for targeted customers and support Sales team collateral and campaign needs
Work with Marketing partners (internal/external) for collateral and marketing support needs
Mine and manage social media for opportunities (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
