Sr. Sales / Account Manager in (IT Consulting, Professional Services and Staffing Services)
Term: Full time / Contract to Hire
Work Authorization: US Citizen, Permanent Resident (EOE)
Ideal candidate will have a proven record in penetrating into new groups and talking to hiring managers, executive level people in assigned customer accounts. High energy and confident in building partnership with Hiring Managers, Business Managers, VP’s, Director of IT, CEOs and CTOs. This position requires individuals to be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm. Ability to manage client's requirements, ensuring strong support for clients; driving overall client satisfaction.
5 to 7 Year experience in Sales & Business Development in Professional IT Consulting Services /IT Staffing industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Sales, Account management strong experience
Strong negotiation/closing and customer relationship buiilding skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Travel to various locations as needed.
Ability to manage a small team of Business Development staff
Establishing contacts with Hiring managers/Project managers and build long term relationships
Identify and generate IT staffing positions/consulting/projects within assigned Customer account.
Execute and supervise functions from sourcing to interviewing Manage the placement of talent within client companies
Candidate will have a go-getter attitude.
Candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, to service large accounts.
Expertise in selling services in different technology and industry domains.
High School or Bachelors Degree Level at a Minimum
Preferably MBA Management Requires:
Experience of Team Leadership required ability to mentor & train others.
Experience in Professional Service environment.
Extensive experience working in IT consulting and staffing industry.
Worked in Target driven environment and capable of achieving the targets .
Excellent sales, New Business Development, Account management and relationship building skills
