Reply! Inc., a rapidly growing company located in San Ramon, has two exciting opportunities for bright, savvy, Business Development Managers to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing new strategic revenue-generating business relationships, within our Real Estate or Autos vertical, specifically through finding partners to monetize Reply! “Enhanced Clicks.” You will ultimately be responsible for building an advertiser network from the ground up.
• Source, close, and manage key strategic partnerships in a manner that will maximize the long-term value to both companies.
• Develop a deep understanding of Reply! services and technology.
• Establish and maintain rapport and trust with Reply! business partners.
• Interface with all departments in the organization to drive strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement a plan aimed at maximizing the value of your portfolio of managed relationships
• Analyze the financial drivers of the business and present creative proposals to grow the business.
• Establish reporting tools that provide insight into the trends within the business.
• BS/BA degree required, MBA preferred
• Experience in internet lead generation industry is a huge plus.
• Highly knowledgeable in online marketing with experience working with both advertisers and publishers.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Resourceful with a “do what it takes” attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze and understand the financial drivers of the business.
• Excellent written and oral communications.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
