The position of Manager, Business Development is established to manage the Business Development and Community Relations Staff and ATM contracts. The position is also responsible for overseeing the coordinating of secondary strategic alliance relationships and functions with respective branches and primary community relationship events and ATM leases/profitability. Maintain quality service standards set by the organization. |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing or equivalent work experience in related field.
- Experience in the financial services industry including three to five years successfully supervising and managing Business Development and/or Sales activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include; verbal, written, analytical and strong public speaking skills.
- Excellent organization and PC skills.
