Business Development Mgr Sr
Overall Purpose: The primary focus of this job is to oversee the sales process, working with all the key players, to deliver a proposal to the client that will secure the contract through owning the construction of the value proposition and the business case. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typically works on long life cycle deal development. This position works closely with the core account teams to determine the scope, objective, sales messages, and solution that determine the proposed solution. This position consults on the negotiation, pricing, and terms /conditions to maximize possible financial outcome. Position confers expertise during the sales and marketing efforts by identifying, creating, and developing a business and sales strategy for a potential customer by identifying critical business factors with customers senior management and facilitates negotiation with customers executive team to maximize financial outcome. Position is responsible for system- wide/cross functional responsibility. Position oversees the planning and integration for the implementation of new technology. Develops and maintains effective relationships with top executives in targeted major companies. Provides strategic direction to ensure program/project development is in line with current organizational direction. Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree. Experience: Typically has more than ten years direct or related experience. Supervisory: No.
