Your job as a BDR is to get the sales process moving by contacting both pure prospects and existing clients to explore how the extensive services that Blackbaud provides would be of help to their organization. Based on the information you collect, our sales team will craft a customized service and/or software package for each client. Not only are there bonuses for achieving your monthly quotas, but when one of your qualified clients purchases the package put together for them, you'll share in the rewards with commissions on top of a competitive base salary.

BDRs who exceed their goals and approach their work with a positive, enthusiastic attitude can move up the ladder quickly... success is the key to unlocking the doors of opportunity at Blackbaud.

Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree

1+ years of sales experience

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented attitude and ambition to succeed

Discipline to manage your time effectively
