Position Description:

We are seeking a BDR to generate qualified sales opportunities/leads with physician-based medical practices by engaging and nurturing prospective clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management solutions in a web-based environment while building credibility, trust, and value in Navicure.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Navicure’s product suite, services, and marketing initiatives
  • Identify new business needs by utilizing phone, email, Navicure marketing initiatives, and networking events to qualify prospective clients
  • Analyze prospective customer needs and p rovide Navicure product and services information (physician based medical practices and billing services)
  • Ensure activity is tracked in
  • Create brand awareness and profile potential clients (gathering information, soliciting permission to continue following up, etc.)
  • Engage and nurture potential clients (conducting progressive profiling and persuading to engage in additional marketing/sales activities)
  • Schedule product demonstrations with prospective clients

Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in sales/lead generation in an outbound environment leveraging phone and email
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quantitative goals, take direction, and work independently
  • Exceptional communication abilities: oral, written, and presentation
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical benefits of our Revenue Cycle Management solution
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Degree in Healthcare Management a plus
  • Experience generating leads within the physician medical practice market a plus
  • Healthcare IT environment desirable
