Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple client relationships and engagements
  • Penetrate existing clients in our target markets of Insurance Companies, Law Firms and Manufacturers
  • Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing new business
  • Develop and solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships
  • Proactively seek new clients that align with our target customer profiles
  • Attend industry trade shows and seminars
  • Assist with integrating diverse personalities in a faced paced environment
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that results in new client revenues
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers of targeted prospects
  • Assist with addressing any client complaints or concerns
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years of outside sales experience, preferably in a service industry.
  • Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, relationship management & time management skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationwide
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
  • 50% travel
  • Ability to drive and travel to client locations and conferences
  • Extensive sales training in forensic engineering
