Our Business Development Representatives interact with C-level executives and decision-makers in supply chain and human resources to help them address labor management and supply chain challenges.

Candidates must have exceptional telephone skills and the maturity, poise and persistence required to create initial business relationships using telephone, voice mail and email systems. Equally significant is an ability to discuss, in general, our solutions, reinforced through informative literature, case studies, testimonials, and white papers featuring satisfied clients. This is an opportunity for income-building at a respected technology/consulting firm. We are looking for mature individuals with business experience and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities include:
  • Generating initial relationships with prospects and uncovering potential projects
  • Interacting via phone and email with executives to identify business problems
  • Sharing client success stories over the phone to stimulate interest in TZA’s solutions
  • Qualifying prospects and identifying the decision making processes
  • Scheduling conference calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Maintaining daily outbound call volume and productivity targets
  • Tracking progress using sales lead management system
  • Participating at Chicago-area trade shows
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Excellent telephone and presentation skills
    • Minimum of 3 to 4 years sales experience in a B2B role
    • Confidence in achieving contact goals through solid “door opening” techniques
    • Experience with MS Office
    • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system a plus
