Legend Retirement Corporation, a leading developer and operator of independent living and assisted living communities for seniors, currently seeks a Business Director for their retirement community, Heritage Place, in Burleson, Texas.

The Business Director is responsible for all accounting, human resources, and business office activity (accounts receivable, accounts payable, rent roll, and payroll) for the community in conjunction with the Executive Director and corporate accounting staff.

Skills / Requirements Ideal candidate must have strong AR, and strong payroll experience. Experienced in HR duties, accounts payable, associate benefits, and overall office management. Property Management software a plus but not a requirement.

Requires one year of experience in bookkeeping or office manager/coordinator position. Strong computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Must be able to read, write and speak the English language and be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and other staff members.
