The purpose of this position is to support the business diversity department (BDD) contract compliance functions, including compliance tracking, audit reporting and data reporting activities. The position will assist BDD with coordinating the monthly subcontractor payments reporting, verification of the subcontractor commitment plans, reviewing subcontractors, and evaluation of compliance requirements during the contract close out process.
The position will help support the BDD tasks for the automated contract compliance tracking software system, including data input & updates, information verification, and coordinating with NTTA departments and vendors to provide user support, and training on the new automated contract compliance tracking software system.
The position will also work in coordination with department Director/and Asst. director to compile contract compliance data used to develop and monitor key performance indicators for BDD. Other duties include assisting with various aspects of the department’s outreach & marketing efforts, developing and distributing materials, filing, participating in proposal conferences, special events and projects as needed.
Provides assistance and help coordinate compliance tracking, audit reporting, data reporting and related outreach activities.
Responsible for processes after the award of purchases/acquisitions through the finalization/close of the same which includes day to day communication with awarded firms. Report data migration/dissemination.
Audits utilization and expenditures by reviewing and auditing data, entering information into databases, updating contract folders, requesting corrective actions if appropriate, resolving outstanding issues, and informing departments of issues.

Reviews relevant contract compliance documentation by ensuring documents contain appropriate information, reviewing proposals, and ensuring contractors are certified
Work requires knowledge in a general professional or technical field which may be obtained with a two year associate's degree, diploma or equivalent from a college, technical, business, vocational, or correspondence school. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Over one year up to and including three years.
Work requires the occasional direction of helpers, assistants, seasonal employees, interns, or temporary employees.
Decisions regarding implementation of policies may be made. Contact may involve support of controversial positions or the negotiation of sensitive issues or important presentations.

Intermediate - Ability to write reports, prepare business letters, expositions, and summaries with proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar, using all parts of speech. Ordinarily, such education is obtained in high school up to college. However, it may be obtained from experience and self-study.
Valid Driver’s License, familiarity with Access/Excel preferred.
