Account development by broadening contacts within prospects and clients. Understanding client's goals, challenges, organization and project plans.
Defining client job requirements/job qualification (determine key skills needed for the job). Working with recruiting team to help drive hiring process. Help obtain feedback from hiring managers and scheduling interviews. Presenting qualified candidates and consultative selling. Facilitating negotiations to successful completion.
Following up to ensure client satisfaction after delivering candidates for projects. Manage multiple customers concurrently. Account growth - sales and delivery plans QBRs. Customer relationship and satisfaction. Resource allocation/recruitment/utilization. Consultant Management/Employee Relations -- Schedule 1:1's monthly/quarterly (depending on need) with consultants to ensure retention. Resolve any pending items with Aditi back office including: benefits, rate discussions, quality of service, re-deployment, and job satisfaction. Project management: Risk Management , delivery management, process compliance. Updating pipeline and revenue projections based on conversations with managers. Pipeline visibility, preparedness, process compliance. Morale Event planning and Candidate Referral Program.

Skill sets needed
BA or BS in Information Technology, Project Management or related experience. 2-3 years of Account Management in a Staffing and/or Solutions Sales environment. 1 year of HR/Employee Relations experience preferred
