A Business Integration Consultant at Commission Junction is a customer service fanatic who enjoys having the answers, exceeding clients’ expectations, and planning ahead for clients’ growth in the network. If Sales is about talking the talk, then the BIC is about walking the walk, designing a launch plan hand in hand with the client and holding every stakeholder accountable for delivering. Nothing matters to the BIC more than launching each client on a path to maximum growth. They are a leader by virtue of their knowledge, personality, approachability, and selfless drive. They exhibit exceptional project management and communication skills, and have an expert understanding of performance marketing initiatives.
You will be the first point of contact for new Advertisers joining Commission Junction and they will rely on you to be up and running on the CJ Network. To be specific, you will:
Ensure that all advertiser accounts within area of responsibility meet the maximum quality setup standards prior to launch. This includes Affiliate and Partner Tracking programs.
Effectively review and identify client website needs to ensure integration and launch for long-term success in the CJ Network
Create, maintain and manage advertiser launch plans
Act as liaison between Sales, Technical Services and Account Management (as appropriate), communicating unique business issues that require special attention during the integration process
Coordinate and prioritize integrations and launch dates with Technical Services and Sales team in order to align internal and external expectations
Manage the launch pipeline on a weekly basis and report to respective teams on progress, delays and plan of action.
Ensure that all spoken and written client communications are clear, concise, error-free and professionally delivered
Consult on pre/post sales calls when requested
Strive to ensure quarterly launches exceed sales and company goals
Is this you?
You have a Bachelor’s degree
You have 1-3 years of professional experience; ideally as Business Analyst, Project Manager or Account Manager
You might not have online media experience, but you have strong desire in getting into it
In a perfect world you will have basic HTML knowledge; but if you don’t, at least you have the ability and desire to learn it
You have strong time management, follow-through and organizational skills.
You are able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
You exercise good judgment and exhibit personal sense of integrity, dedication and professionalism
You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of colleagues and clients
