This position, a critical role in the fast-growing CallMiner Global Professional Services group, is accountable for analytical activities as part of top-notch senior implementation team delivering advanced speech analytics solutions to large enterprise call centers. Responsibilities include internalizing customers’ business objectives & data requirements specifications, analyzing recorded audio, chat, and email data sets for critical insights, patterns & trends. Ideal candidate has degree in Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or Accounting & 1 year experience in analytics and/or report creation using Microsoft Reporting Services or BI front end tools.

Essential Job Responsibilities/Qualifications: This role is perfect for a rising-star do-what-it-takes highly disciplined self-starter with solid collaboration & communication skills who thrives on juggling multiple complex project deadlines. Ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, root-cause analysis & attention to detail. This position will be relied on for important projects requiring consistent performance and drive to results.
  • Own on-time accurate quality delivery of analysis and reports/visualization in tight alignment with specified customer ROI, analytical objectives, business rules & data requirements utilizing CallMiner best practices speech analytics methodologies.
  • Construct and evaluate patterns of language designed for automated analysis and topic identification utilizing CallMiner’s Eureka tool suite.
  • Provide thorough QA & peer review of colleagues’ analysis work.
  • Provide project management on small to medium size projects.
  • Contribute to packaging & delivery of key findings briefings.
  • Collaborate & communicate effectively with internal/partner project managers & technical project leads, as well as customers’ business sponsor executives, supervisors & IT staff.
  • Own rapid problem resolution & on-time milestone delivery – identify & rapidly escalate to management any barriers impacting forward progress of project.
  • Contribute to customer business value knowledgebase & accurate support handoffs.
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast paced environment is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are required.
Education / Certification / Special Skills:
  • Business Analytics and/or Business Analysis background desired (1-3 years total professional experience)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server & Reporting Services a plus
  • Ability to use Microsoft Project and familiarity with project management best practices.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science.
  • Some travel may be required. Must have flexibility for multi-week onsite work at client sites for certain projects.
  • Multi-lingual in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Chinese a definite plus.
