Homes.com (a division of Dominion Enterprises) seeks a highly motivated individual to join its product development staff as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Details:

o Expert in ability to manipulate data using Excel and other MS Office client tools.

o Strong BI Reporting development/deployment experience.

o Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong grasp of descriptive statistics.

o Establishes and maintains relationships with customers & users to acquire intelligence on products and services

o Excellent cross-group collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

o Leverage analytics and customer feedback to help inform decisions

o Ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure successful technical fulfillment of business requirements.

o Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements.

o Experience with web analytics such as Omniture or Google Analytics preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

o 2 to 3 years of advanced working knowledge of Internet technologies

o BS/BA or equivalent experience

o Must work well in a ‘start-up’ environment

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
