Pointe Technology Group is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for a position located in Woodlawn, MD (outside of Baltimore 695/70). This is a full time position supporting Lockheed Martin/ Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services(CMS)- National Data Warehouse contract (NDW). Specific Job Description
Shall support and or may lead activities related to the design and structure of the data warehouse. Shall explore, analyze and oversee all overall data architecture and standards, and definition of the DW logical and physical data models.
Other areas of responsibility shall include the thorough understanding of source systems integration, analysis of requirements in relation to available data, assessments of source system data quality, and analysis of schemas to meet performance
requirements. Shall ensure the maintenance of a robust metadata management strategy, and address all aspects of data management including data ownership, security and data administration.
Acts is a lead role and supports management by accomplishing tasks in support of schedule milestones and deliverables.
Required Skills
At least 8 years of experience in architecting data warehouse solutions.
Oracle 11g and Informatica 8.6 or higher experience required
Business Intelligence reporting in MicroStrategy desirable
Healthcare data warehouse background preferred.
Ability to create analyses, whitepapers and executive presentations
Possess a 4 Year Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Capabilities
Team Player and Ability to work in a dynamic environment
