Support and manage evaluation and rollout of BellaDati to customers.
Provide analytical and implementation services in BellaDati platform.
Evangelize and educate customer on new approaches to data reporting and analytics.
Develop trusted advisor relationship throughout customer organization
Provide customers with superior BellaDati and industry knowledge
Represent customer internally and coordinate with BellaDati product team to implement new features and address on-going service needs
Conduct on-going account meetings to develop plans for expanded functional usage
Conduct on-going BellaDati training and education necessary
Track and document customer references – success stories
Communicate in international enterprise startup team
3-5 years of relevant working experience
Business and IT background required
Solid knowledge of databases, algorithms and math formulas
Good knowledge of any scripting language used during data cleaning and transformation in BellaDati platform
Superior analytical, entrepreneurial and problem solving skills
Ability to understand customer’s business, processes and key business drivers
Exceptional relationship building, proactive communication with customer
Ability to work effectively on multiple priorities with strict deliverable dates
Proven customer-facing skills
Travel to customer sites as needed
