Summary:
The Business Operations Manager works with multiple teams across Business Development, Engineering and Manufacturing to ensuring the right systems and processes are in place to support the company’s rapid growth.
The role involves continuously tackling complex internal and customer facing problems, analyzing the data, coming up with practical solutions, and seeing those solutions through to implementation - whether the solution involves partnership strategies, marketing/communication collateral, training programs, process changes, systems development, or all of the above.
This opportunity requires an analytic thinker with excellent business acumen, a love for data driven insights, strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication. Strong team leadership experience, and ability to make progress on cross-functional projects is essential.

Responsibilities :
Identifying and prioritizing the highest value projects on which to focus
Quantitative data analysis (pulling from internal databases, market research, etc.)
Qualitative research based on discussions with internal teams, process mapping, customer and
partner interviews, market analyses, and competitive assessments
Summary and presentation of findings to internal teams
Participation in and/or leading ad-hoc internal teams in implementing and rolling out new
processes, training tools, or systems
Required Skills :
BA/BS degree with an aptitude for analytical work
3-5 years of consulting experience at a top firm or equivalent
Excellent excel and data analysis skills
Solid understanding of computer science and engineering a plus
Exceptional business acumen, analytic and strategic thinking, and synthesis skills
