Roles & Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities
    To provide local leadership for all WGK Integrated activities through the WGK local trading entities as they safely, efficiently and profitably execute integrated work scopes/contracts and manage resources.
    Promote WGK as a leading provider of seamless SURF services to its key local clients as a world-class niche provider of our Services.
        Continue to deliver year-on-year growth in the Location
      Work with the CB Business Managers to ensure that all WGK work is effectively resourced, managed and delivered to the requisite standards of quality, timeliness and client satisfaction.
      P&L accountability for the Integrated business of the CB within that location.
      Acting in conjunction with the CB Business Managers, actively manage the identification and development of world class technical specialists and business leaders.
    Main responsibilities
      Report monthly as specified by the Regional Director on all aspects of the local operations;
      In conjunction with the Regional Director and CB Business Managers, participate in WGK strategy development, and implement the strategy for continued success of the region/location
      Handle on a “Pass Through” basis, non-Integrated contracts via the WGK entity on behalf of CB’s.
      Own and oversee local/project key client relationships
      Champion the single brand message and own the Joined-Up BD/Marketing processes which generate sales of integrated projects
      Ensure that the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies are correctly deployed and adhered to by all local teams;
      High level oversight/direction of resource deployment locally
      Maintain strong relationships with peer group within the region as well as other WGK businesses
      Manage performance of all direct reports
      Provide input to the Regional Director on setting budgets for the Region in conjunction with CB Business Manager’s
      Manage the contractual governance process for Integrated business to ensure that the WGK entity does not enter into any unacceptable CB contracts, incur any bad debts or generate situations by which our reputation can become tarnished;
      Effectively manage the Regional/Local overheads in consultation with the Regional Director and CFO;
      Communicate regularly and effectively locally to convey timely and appropriate information, directions and messages to all staff, plus peers and line management.
    Experience Required Personal performance measures include:
      WGK Leading & Trailing HSE metrics (per WG format)
      WGK combined regional EBIT vs budget
      Combined Net Margin across the region
      Success rate in winning major integrated contracts locally
      Major Client Retention/Repeat business
      Attract, retain and develop key personnel within the Region
      Ensure succession plans are in place for Key positions locally (ensure input from each Constituent Business as necessary)
    Personal Skills
      Deep understanding of relevant local markets, customs etc.
      Ability to motivate and retain key personnel.
      Client focussed attitude to business
      Commercially astute with strong negotiating skills
      High level of personal integrity
      Self motivated, enthusiastic and committed
      Deep understanding of the SURF Eng & Mgt market
      Deep specialist knowledge of the applicable local markets
      Relevant experience
