ManTech is seeking a qualified Business Manager to serve as the Principal Advisor to the Business Unit (BU) Senior Vice President and General Manager and Lead Project Analyst (PCA) for a $120M+ organization in Profit & Loss (P&L) financial management, control, and reporting. The successful candidate shall have demonstrated experience providing financial management leadership across multiple divisions and a diverse project portfolio comprised of Time & Material, Fixed Price, and Cost Reimbursable contract types.

General Responsibilities:
Provide BU inputs into Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Overhead Budgets; develop and track division-level performance metrics against AOP goals.
Conduct short- and long-range financial planning across current program portfolios and the BU Opportunity Pipeline; review, approve and consolidate division-level inputs into BU annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts.
Manage Month and Year End close procedures and oversee routine project set up, revenue recognition, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) evaluations, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing activities; ensure adherence to all corporate policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain key interfaces across the corporate business operations structure, trouble shoot and resolve complex business issues, and identify/implement practices to enhance organizational efficiency in financial management and reporting.
Serve as the BU point of contact for audit requirements and develop/coordinate responses and inputs to justifications, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Manage and mentor up to 10 Division PCAs in their execution of proposal pricing and cost estimation, contract labor category assignment, forecasting, and contract financial execution reporting metrics provided to customers.

Requirements: The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field of study; MBA degree strongly desired. This position requires 7-9 years direct relevant experience in Project Control roles of increasing responsibilities and demonstrated capability to provide financial management leadership across multiple Divisions/Program Portfolios totaling $120+ in revenue. Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel a must; strong experience using financial management system tools such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion and ePRO® required. Thorough knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance; Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) strongly desired.

Other Skills Required: Ability to aggressively attack complex problems and identify feasible/optimum solutions. The candidate will be expected to effectively represent the BU in the presentation of financial data to senior corporate executives and interface at every organizational level; exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are critical.
Clearance: Current Secret clearance is desired. Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Business Administration) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related (project management) experience.
