We are looking for a seasoned Sales executive with accomplished track record of selling information technology (IT) staffing services within highly competitive market. This is an exceptional, growth-oriented opportunity with a great income potential for an outstanding sales professional!! In-charge of Client development and rapport building. Candidate will actively campaign target accounts-heavy inside and outside sales. Continue to develop client relationships through on-site visits. New client development is essential for success.

  • In-charge of business development and sales, focused on targeting clients such as Fortune 500 companies and BIG 4 consulting companies.
  • Focus on practice growth, generate clients and leads for new business via personal contacts, telephone cold calling, networking, and participating various events
  • Sell IT staffing and recruitment services to Directors, HR and Recruiting managers
  • Build an active pipeline of potential clients for current and future business needs.
  • Farm and grow existing accounts for customers we work with

Required skills:

- We are looking for A Hunter - Sales, Sales, Sales!
- Must have 2+ years of experience in selling Information Technology (IT) Staffing and/or recruitment services to Fortune 1000 companies
- Must have existing customer relationships in the industry and client database (book of business)
- Ability to meet or exceed the assigned targets / quota consistently. We are looking for a top performer!!
- We would prefer someone with experience in selling IT staffing services on contract, contingent and/or retainer / retained search basis. We would consider candidates selling engineering or finance staffing.
- Must be willing to cold-call multiple prospective clients on regular basis and establish new business
- Must have solid persuasion skills, ability to coach, motivate and guide clients, candidates and colleagues
- Must be willing to travel within the tri-state region to get business and meet with client on regular basis
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, utilize creative methods of getting new customers
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Solid time management skills with ability to respond and act quickly
- We are looking for an honest individual with high energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not a ‘must’)
