Under the supervision of the Business Office Manager, the Administrative Clerk will assist with daily and weekly filing for all areas of the Business Office and any other administrative tasks when needed. Additional responsibilities will include, maintaining the Accounts Payable filing system; scanning and shredding documents for Business Office as needed; will make daily bank deposits; will provide back-up for Print Room Supervisor; and will assist with staffing the SRVS Gift Shop.

Experience Required High school diploma or GED required. One to two years prior office experience preferred. Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license. Must pass and maintain all required training.
