Business Office CSR
- Position Summary:
The CSR is responsible for follow up/account resolution of all insurance claims processed within a specific alphabetic range and/or financial class. Responsibilities occasionally will include other duties as assigned, and overtime as requested or required.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous work experience as an Insurance Analyst or equivalent experience/training in date entry.
- Two (2) years in a Healthcare setting, preferred.
