Under the direction of the facility Administrator, the Business Office Manager will oversee business functions of the care center and other services, including but not limited to: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office duties. This individual will work closely with the ABCM Corporate office personnel to coordinate the accuracy and timely processing of all business transactions.

Qualification :
High School Diploma or equivalent. Two-year degree in a business field or equivalent work experience preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language. Must possess proficient computer skills.

Supervisor/ team leader positions: This individual must be self-motivated to accomplish assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision and lead team members toward accomplishing common goals.

Recommend immunizations be current in accordance to recommendations by CDC (unless contraindicated due to allergy), or natural immunity acquired by illness with specific disease. Must pass criminal background and abuse registry checks and be eligible for unrestricted employment.
