Provide expert technical support for document control including drawings, using and administrating the use of specific software programs, projects or processes and development of internal controls. This position will serve as the “single point of contact” between GTS and Corporate Records Management to define system and business requirements. This position may be responsible for directing other employees and/or contractors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure that appropriate data and records are accurately maintained by providing technical oversight for document control and drawing activities. Analyze enhancements/change requests and assess the impact to existing processes and system interfaces. Define, document the business requirements and translate them to functional specifications.
  • Develop, implement, direct and monitor the administration of specific document and drawing processes and procedures by directing personnel in correct procedures.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and partnerships to support processes.
  • Represent GTS on cross Departmental and Corporate teams to ensure requirements are being met and issues are addressed.
  • Act as the GTS drawing revisions coordinator to ensure drawings are accurately maintained.
  • Serve as the system administrator of PANDA, including identifying and resolving technical and procedural problems.
  • Perform quarterly Self-Assessments per Corporate Records Management direction.


  • Candidate Qualifications

    Candidates must meet the basic qualifications to receive consideration.

    Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in document control.
  • Associate Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient on the use of MS Office tools including the use of spreadsheets, databases and presentation graphics.
  • Effective oral/written communication skills. Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills.
  • Ability to present ideas in a concise and focused manner.


  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with drafting management systems such as PANDA.
  • BS degree in Information Management.
