JOB SUMMARY: *The candidate must have the capability to extend knowledge management services to multiple agencies to plan, coordinate, collaborate and exchange data using existing products built on Microsoft SharePoint, CRM, and .NET technology. *The candidate will interact with customers on a daily basis to assess needs, gather requirements, test product functionality, and ensure customer satisfaction. JOB DUTIES: *Gather functional and technical requirements and conduct interviews to capture information regarding as-is processes. *Analyze existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvement and increased efficiency.

  • Convert customer needs into technical requirements and work with developers to ensure those requirements are translated correctly into working software and solutions *Construct process flow diagrams to illustrate visual representation of activities and relationships. *Create and maintain documentation of processes and solutions implementation. *Define new business processes to take advantage of technology in a manner consistent with enterprise objectives and the enterprise software architecture *Create comprehensive documentation, product guides, and user-focused training tools *Oversee implementation activities, to include data migration, user training, change management, and testing activities of solutions *Facilitate progress review meetings and act as a liaison between the enterprise applications branch and the customers SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: *5+ years of experience in analysis, design, implementation and support of web-based applications *Strong focus on Microsoft products with experience in, or knowledge of, the latest .NET technologies *Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills, with the ability to lead and manage the effort of others when necessary *Excellent customer interaction and communication skills (both verbal and written) *Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements *Desire to learn and apply emerging technologies to solve client requirements *Capable of operating in an environment of competing objectives with the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities when situation requires CLEARANCE: *Current TS/SCI with an SSBI conducted within the last 36 months Equal Opportunity Employer MorganFranklin is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer and will not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, veteran status, physical impairment, political affiliation, marital status, disability, or on any other basis prohibited by law.
