MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary purpose of this position is to analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on increased productivity and reduced cost. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement and process-driven systems requirements. The incumbent partners with the Director and other leaders to identify process improvements and determine project requirements, scope, and timelines to implementation. Projects include new initiatives, as well as the maintenance and improvement of existing initiatives.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or business administration; or equivalent work experience. 3 - 7 years of related process analysis experience, preferably in a financial services environment. Solid knowledge of process improvement and project management systems. Solid organizational, verbal/written communication, project coordination and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Critical thinker who demonstrates initiative, attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to learn and change in a dynamic environment. Proven client service skills and effective team skills. Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications and other applications/software used in the daily functions of the organization.
