The Business Process Documentation Specialist is responsible for documenting and maintaining the overall business processes at MCPc. The Specialist will interact on a regular basis with the MCPc functional business owners to make sure ongoing business processes are documented.
The Specialist will also be responsible for documenting potential process changes and providing impact analysis to any other functional area that might be affected by the proposed change. Create and maintain the business process framework.
Provide a mechanism where business process changes can be introduced and vetted with the various MCPc functional business owners.
Skills and Attributes Required :
- Maintain the overall process maps for MCPc
- Interact with MCPc functional business owners on potential business process change
- Interact with MCPc leadership on key initiatives and provide impact analysis on proposed process changes
- Technical writing skills
- Expert at documenting processes
- Visio or other process documentation software
- Strong ability to identify and manage complex processes
- Must have good soft skills
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written form
This is a hands-on position that will provide MCPc a single point of contact for process control. The process control candidate will have knowledge of ITIL principals and provide practical application of the ITIL principles. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in these areas with a 4-year degree preferred.
