Responsible for fulfilling the Company’s service objectives by providing prompt and accurate preparation of declaration pages for mailing, uploading documents into UMS, and preparing and scanning incoming mail. Process basic policy changes such as mortgagee changes and cancellations. Preparing commercial lines policies for scanning.
The position tends to be manual and repetitive in nature
Qualifications: The ideal candidate must demonstrate sound basic communication skills (English) in speech, reading and writing. Employ active listening skills with the ability to test for understanding and express thoughts concisely. Establish constructive working relationships with those contacted in the course of business. Work accurately with detail on a consistent basis and operate personal computer and keyboard with accuracy and efficiency.
Education & Experience: Education requirements include the equivalent to completion of high school curriculum.
