We seek an outstanding Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This individual will help support the continued growth and success of Spotify by helping us attract, recruit, and hire top talents in the US and beyond!

This role is based in our NY office.

THE MISSION SHOULD WE CHOOSE YOU TO ACCEPT IT

o Initiate & maintain consultative, strategic partnerships with Hiring Managers across our various offices to understand their talent acquisition needs to fulfill business objectives.
o Analyze position requirements and develop recruiting plans using innovative strategies to attract high caliber talent
o Manage the full recruitment process; develop sourcing strategies for individual positions, create job descriptions, manage candidate applications efficiently, manage interview logistics & offer management
o Establish, build and manage key partnerships with external suppliers such as recruitment agencies, job boards, etc.
o Manage the candidate experience and positively promote and grow Spotify's employer brand
o Research and target new talent sourcing channels
o Ensure all open positions are accurately tracked in our recruitment system, Jobvite
o Regularly promote Spotify's Employee Referral Program

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET AN AUDITION

o 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a wide range of functions, such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal etc.
o A strong track record in recruitment in a fast paced environment
o University/ Graduate Campus recruiting experience would be a plus
o Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting candidates from unique niches
o Experience in working at a multi-national company and across multiple locations is desirable
o Self-motivated, target driven and passionate about recruitment.
o Bright and assertive with the ability to come up to speed rapidly
o Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
o Strong communicator
o Ability to make people feel at ease and comfortable throughout the recruitment process
o Passion for music and technology
