The Judson Group has partnered with an aggressively growing, $1.5 billion organization in the search for a Business Relationship Manager . We are looking for a seasoned lender with strong connections in the community. Successful candidates should have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Key responsibilities include:
· Maintain business development and relationships through scheduled sales calls and site visits.
· Develops a loan portfolio of credits with great complexity, value and risk.
· Deliver results-oriented sales presentations to maintain sales of business loans and other financial products.
· Cross sell all lines of business and services.
· Generates referrals and delivers business contacts to other respective areas.
· Works effectively alongside branch management and financial departments.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred .
· 7+ years Commercial Banking experience; C&I and Owner Occupied CRE experience preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Solid interpersonal skills and organizational skills needed to handle work in an efficient manner.
