Requirements Analysts support large Government transformation and IT programs in meeting their mission objectives and program goals. Responsibilities may include:
Collaborate with homeland security stakeholders and users to analyze their needs
Develop strong understanding of mission goals, business processes, and functional and operational requirements
Reengineer business processes and enable them through information technology
Integrate solutions into homeland security environment (e.g., border management, transportation security, immigration, emergency management)
MUST HAVE 3 years of consulting or information technology experience
Experience in technical requirements, functional requirements, business process definition, use case development, Rational ReqPro or similar requirement repository, and systems engineering or SDLC
Experience with JAD sessions or working with customers to develop requirements
Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML), Rational Suite, Rational Unified Process (RUP) and/or requirements management processes and tools
Experience with homeland security or similar missions
Bachelor's Degree required
US Citizenship required
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience in a high performance management consulting or similar environment
Experience in emergency management
Training, experience, and/or certifications in business process design, information technology requirements analysis, requirement traceability, and/or systems engineering
Active clearance desired
