The Business Solutions Consultant (BSC) is dedicated to graduate and employer success. The BSC must be able to conduct daily responsibilities and adhere to ATI values with little oversight while collaborating with the campus to achieve graduate placement goals. The BSC must represent ATI on campus or in public with a high level of energy that exemplifies the ATI mission and ethically conduct business with employers and graduates by focusing on community relationships that build trust, confidence and loyalty.

Start times are between 8am and 9am; end times are between 5pm and 7pm. Work hours are flexible due to the business needs and employer schedules. BSCs will be assigned a blackberry and laptop and will be expected to be available for consultation after typical hours, weekends and holidays. This job is not eligible for overtime pay.

 Develop and maintain relationships with community employers with whom graduates would have the opportunity to be hired
 Partner with the JOBS Center Manager, Director of Student Development and Executive Director to determine placement services required for students/graduates and uncover hiring needs of employers to meet those needs
 Place cold-calls to potential employers and conduct off-site employer meetings and prospecting
 Identify the optimal number of job opportunities for graduate placement assistance
 Communicate daily with the campus concerning business development and interview feedback
 Build and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with local, regional and national employers to increase employment opportunities for all campus graduates
 Communicate with the graduates to determine needs specific to graduate criteria for employment opportunities
 Schedule interviews for graduates as needed for job opportunities generated and provide interview feedback and coaching to the graduates post interview
 Provide honest, candid and timely feedback to all ATI business partners
 Other duties as assigned

 Associate’s degree in business or related subject from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
 Technically proficient in computer research, data management and Microsoft Office
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
 Ability to work independently while contributing to the success of the campus team
 Demonstrate an understanding for building relationships, networking and community-based business development
 Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable mode of transportation and proof of liability insurance
 Strong background in high volume telephone work

 Bachelor’s degree from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
 Previous proprietary education experience
 CampusVue database experience
 3+ years outside sales experience
