As Sony PlayStation continues to broaden consumer offering as the world’s best place to play, the Operations Supply Chain team charter is to develop efficient effective solutions to deliver those offerings. The Business Solutions Project Manager will lead process change initiatives for our Hardware & Peripherals, Software, and Digital Operations Program Management Teams. This position will be key in driving Performance Metrics development, efficiency evaluations, process implementation, and communication methodology recommendations. We are looking for a project management professional with a supply chain back ground. This person will excel in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment, where you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will evaluate current needs and resources, plan requirements with internal and external customers, and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects will span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities will be to develop data-driven strategies, decision support tools and processes to optimize procurement, planning, manufacturing, content operation, and digital distribution supporting Software, Hardware, Peripheral, and PSN supply chain for North & South America. You will be expected to think critically and strategically about PlayStations end-to-end supply chain and provide both analytical support and deep functional expertise with a structured, practical and fact-based approach.

The Business Solution Project Manager will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Publisher Relations, Manufacturing, Sony Network Operations, Business Systems, and Supply Chain Operations teams. This person will initiate the development of process improvements, working collaboratively with impacted organizations.

Principle Duties / Responsibilities :
Document work flows for key business functions & global operational process variation analysis
Set up and implement NPI Milestone meeting for licensee packaged and digital software
Quality Controls & KPI measures driving vendor score card and customer improvement.
Prepare Quarterly Business Review for an audience of key executives to provide visibility into process change and efficiency measures.
Drive numerous key initiative projects

Required Knowledge / Skills:
BA/BS degree or at least 5 years professional experience in supply chain project management or analytics .
Project Management experience. Flexible and able to think quickly.
Knowledge/experience with project management tools.
Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills and outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. A Self-starter with ability to conceive of and accept responsibility for projects and see them through to completion, must be able to work as individual contributor and to contribute as part of a larger team.
Knowledge and experience in supply chain management.
Strong verbal, written, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of executing on projects requiring data driven analytics to deliver strategic recommendations.
