This position will report to and support the Director of Cloud Hosting Logistics with all activities related to the implementation and ongoing management of Kronos hosted customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Aggregates information and prepares weekly reports on cloud activities including
New customer implementations
Demand forecast and planning
Attends weekly Implementation calls with KCS Build managers to
Communicate progression of implementations/completion
Implementation impediments, delay, or communicate additional requirements needed for completion.
Maintain vendor communication relationships related to Cloud Services to ensure synergy with Kronos demand planning and forecasting needs (HP, Dell, Savvis, WEI and others)
Attends weekly calls
Communicates Lead times
Assesses channel readiness
Tracks and communicates potential supply chain issues
Raises purchase requisitions
Responsible for all MS and Citrix SPLA reporting
Manages all cloud related support renewal contracts, maintenance agreements and ensures that all assets have been appropriately logged in asset management tool
Works closely with finance to ensure accuracy of invoicing, budget containment and ensure accurate reporting.
Works cross functionally with all areas of the organization including strategic sourcing, Cloud operations, Architecture, Sales (KMS) operations to ensure a seamless customer implementation process.
2+ years experience
Strong communication and organizations skills
Adept at working in a fast paced environment
Capable of working across multiple areas of the organization
Cloud or managed hosted environment is strongly preferred
