The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to gather business requirements and translate them to the technical community to meet user needs. The BSA will play a primary role in the maintenance and support of various systems. The BSA will also participate in many phases of the development lifecycle including requirements gathering, interface design and prototyping, quality testing, and training/rollout.
