Associates Degree in Related Field
2 – 3 Years Related Experience
The Business System analyst role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. In cooperation with the Director of Business Applications, the Business System analyst will work with the Business applications team in the design, development, testing, enhancement, documentation, and ongoing support of all ancillary Business applications to support business and patient care processes. Evaluates, selects, and implements new technologies and development tools for technology development. Promotes technical standards for development, testing, and documentation, participates in the evaluation and selection of vendor systems, facilitates continuous quality improvement efforts, and serves as an expert technical resource for IT projects and teams throughout the enterprise. The Business System Analyst supports and performs feasibility and analytical of areas of responsibility. Ensures the implementation and daily operation of all computer applications contained within the scope of responsibility. Performs duties in support of the Health System mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.

Associated degree level preferred.

Minimum of 2 to 5 years IT implementation experience required. Candidates who have experience with Siemens Invision and Signature application are preferred.
