SolTech is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support software applications, business processes and technology infrastructure. The BSA would be responsible for overseeing the implementation, training and support of all software and technology solutions. The BSA will also partner with the managed IT service provider to maintain the current infrastructure and resolve any support issues and maintenance requests. The BSA will work to identify, document, automate and communicate all processes and procedures. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and a quick learner.
Gain expert knowledge of existing software applications, tools and processes/procedures.
Provide helpdesk support to all users.
Train new users on applications, tools and processes/procedures.
Perform maintenance tasks.
Partner with technology providers to implement new solutions.
4 year college degree preferred.
Relevant IT work experience is required.
Proven expertise in learning and supporting software applications.
Expertise in documenting and modelling processes.
Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with or knowledge of Timberline Office, Sugar CRM, NetSuite, ProcessMaker.
Knowledge of working with relational databases and writing queries.
Development experience with HTML, Java is a plus.
Experience in construction is a plus.
