The Lead Business Systems Analyst (LBA) will be asked to support management in providing service to the diverse users of the system and helping to organize the activities of the Quote to Cash (Q2C) BA team. The LBA will be expected to provide advice and guidance to team and management, helping to prioritize work on activities and projects.
The LBA’s role is to plan, design, develop, launch and support efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of the Quote to Cash (Q2C) function within our Enterprise System. This role requires a dual understanding of business policy and procedures specific to revenue tracking in addition to the technical aspects of the PeopleSoft modules of Project Costing (PC), Contracts (CA), Billing (BI), and Receivables (AR).
The LBA is the primary interface to business unit personnel. The LBA will gather requirements and analyze representative data to develop business cases, system requirements, and project plans. The individual must be capable of reframing business requirements in concert with the user so there is a closer fit of requirements to delivered system functionality. The LBA will play a key role in developing scripts and scenarios for all levels of testing from Unit through user acceptance test (UAT). The LBA will have extensive and continuing interfaces with users during the course of UAT, data conversion, and implementation. Pre- and post-implementation, the LBA will develop, implement, and tune reports and queries.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General Requirements
o Must have prior PeopleSoft ESA implementation experience supporting at least two of the Q2C related modules:
Project Costing (PC), Contracts (CA), Billing (BI), and Receivables (AR)
Able to prepare Functional design documents based on customer requirements
Able to manage related Batch processing
o Work as part of a larger team implementing, supporting and maintaining PeopleSoft as a Veolia Enterprise System.
o Liaison between the Project Managers, Admin and Accounting in the field with the technical support team.
o Support multiple PeopleSoft environments

Contracts (Revenue\Bill Plans, Rate Sets\Plans, Customer Maint, Controls)
Billing (Customer Maint, Billing, EDI)
Accounts Receivable (Customer Maint, Payment Processing, Pmt Predictor)
o Significant plus
ePro, Purchasing, Payables
Any other PS Financials Modules – Integration points
o Business Process knowledge – Experience as a user or in-support-of business process from contracting to project set up and management to receivables.
o Proficient in PeopleSoft development tools (PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Toad, PS Query, etc.)
Bachelors Degree, Preferably in Information Sceinces, Business Management , Business Administration, or Accounting
Minimum of 5 years in an related implementation and/or support roles (PeopleSoft preferred)
Certifications preferred: PeopleSoft, Oracle, PMI, or other occupation certification a plus
