Overview : Working with North Dakota leadership team to implement annual business plan achieving budgets and forecasts for each operating unit while meeting quality and safety standards. Leads and is accountable for Safety.

Role Accountabilities:
Creates and maintains a team-centered, growth-orients culture that leads to culture that identifies new business opportunities.

Anticipates and responds to mraket and client needs, building value proposition for business unit and company.

Monitors projections and business unit results on a continual basis, initiating operational changes as needed

Analyzes financial reports from the accounting system, researches and advises whenever variances are occurring. Assists in identifying issues and taking corrective actions.

Develops internal client relationships within the company to proactively achieve both corporate and business unit objectives.

Facilitates operations process implementation.

Responds to administrative issues between North Dakota operations.

Oversees that the control over fleet maintenance and DOT records is complete

Works with the human resources function for the North Dakota operations

Works with marketing and communications to support the development of Braun brand

Serves as a technical resources and mentor, or liaison to such a resource as needed

Oversees that project management standards are achieved across the business unit.

Oversees that accounting standards are met (invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, financial controls).

Represents corporation within the community and at professional functions.

Implement the project management plan of the company and monitor the implementation of the office’s financial controls. All projects must have a budget of dollars and hours.

Approve requisitions and change orders.

Hold clients accountable for meeting the terms of their contracts.Reviews and monitors the hiring, firing, promotion and transfer of personnel between offices.

Process changes, where necessary, as expeditiously as possible to preserve schedules and minimize additional client expense.

Maintain cordial and harmonious relationships with the various clients & contractors throughout projects by means of firm yet fair supervision with due regard for the interests and rights of all parties concerned.

Monitor resource requirements to anticipate the need for additional personnel or reduction in staff.

Provide all members of the business unit with advice and guidance in the area of quality control.

Relationship to Others:
Works closely with North Dakota Leadership and Strategic Management Team and other members of the company to set goals and business objectives and to implement and consistently interpret the operating rules, practices and procedures of Braun Intertec.

Work with North Dakota Principals and Vice Presidents and Braun Intertec President in managing, coordinating and monitoring business development activity across North Dakota .

Bachelors degree in business or 10+ years related experience

Proven client relationship experience

Continuing education courses

Quality training as required

Strong Project Management skills

Five plus years client relationship development

Solid accounting and/or management experience required

Computer literate in word processing and spreadsheets

Supervisory experience a must
