We are looking for a Business Unit Manager for our US Enterprise Business.
Responsibilities will include:
Maintain and grow Lionbridge Localization accounts assigned to Business Unit
Support account strategy through Corporate/Sales/Client meetings
Solicit performance reviews/ratings from clients
Own P&L and performance for Business Unit accounts
Budgeting and forecasting for Business Unit
Hiring, management and mentoring of Project Managers
Own financial stewardship for Business Unit – billing, reporting
Manage capacity of Project Management team
Requirements:
5+ years of related work experience
Experience in IT vertical preferred
Account development experience
Multiple-account management experience
High-level client exposure
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong negotiating skills
Proven team building and leadership skills
Strong presentation skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
