Hi, Please apply with detailed resume to Role BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Location Chicago IL Duration FULL TIME We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in IT staffing to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers. Requirement and Description. - Experience of working with Direct Clients, someone who has worked with hiring managers directly. - Self-motivated with proven track record in meeting sales targets by identifying, developing closing IT staffing opportunities.

  • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to do cold calls, lead identification, setting appointments with managers. - Develop sales strategies and proposals by using client and company knowledge to evaluate potential projects and accounts and also to reactivate previous clients. - Identify potential clients and customer groups in the local and national markets with knowledge of competitor operations in the IT staffing market. - Good knowledge and understanding of IT skills and trends.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. - Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of strategic sales, account management and business development experience in a business-to business sales environment. Successful track record supporting large accounts including handling customer issues, problem solving, and being able to work all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated understanding of relationship and solution selling with the ability to differentiate and sell value. Strong customer communication skills.
