You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so your engaging, golden personality must shine through. This position supports the marketing and sales department with lead generation through appointment setting and increasing sales activities.
The success for the position is the direct result of scheduled demonstrations which produce customer sales. Show off...go ahead, we love winners!
The MUST haves for our ideal candidate:
One year of B2B telesales experience, prefer years
Hunter-type outbound cold calling averaging 80 calls per day, with extraordinary communication skills.
Appointment setting capabilities of 5 or more demonstrations per week
Education – High School Diploma
Experience – Telesales and Lead Generation - (Verifiable experience must be on your resume to be considered)
Industry knowledge level – 1 year of lead generation and capture conversation
Software languages, technical skills
Familiar with MS Office products and data management
NON SMOKER (Yes, this is a legitimate requirement and we take it very seriously)

Customer Service Call Center or Colletions Department representatives encouraged to present thier skills
Presales consulting experience a plus
Team player with strong organizational skills including the ability to build effective relationships
Ability to communicate with diverse groups, from top level executive to field foreman
Computer/technical skills are essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential, including presentation capabilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently on projects/assignments
Consulting and software experience for a product company helpful, but not required
Startup or small enterprise familiarity
Working knowledge of estimating and project control packages (e.g., Primavera, Timberline) and Accounting/ERP integration would be extremely helpful, but not required
Call Center Experience such as: Insight Technologies, Discover Card, Paypal, Chase, etc. would be welcomed
