Hourly, nonexempt, non-supervisory position.
Primarily responsible for clearing and resetting tables as well as assisting Food Servers in providing quality service to guests.
Supervised by the Dining Room Supervisor.
Sets up coffee, fruit, bread in the Spa.
Performs daily shift sidework.
Sets up bus stations before each meal.
Refills, water pitchers in the Dining Room as needed.
Cleans assigned area before each meal.
Restocks Kitchen during meal service and assists Front Server in taking out food orders when necessary.
Clears and resets tables throughout meal service.
Cleans and stocks bus stations throughout service.
Adheres to Canyon Ranch standards for guest service.
Refers guest problems or complaints to supervisor according to Canyon Ranch guest problem resolution policy.
Assists Food Servers with serving guests.
Provides room service to guests when directed.
Checks after each meal that all tables are cleared, then breaks down the bus stations, takes out the trash and vacuums the Dining Room.
Reports and documents any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately.
Performs other job-related duties as directed.
No previous experience necessary.
Must be guest service-oriented, be able to work well with a variety of people, and be dependable and responsible.
Must possess pride in Canyon Ranch's standards of food service.
Must be a quick learner, follow instructions well, and be able to work under pressure.
