We are looking for a passionate, technically savvy individual with a knack for consumer-web and customer service. This individual will work closely with our Buyer, Maker success and product teams to drive consumer engagement and understanding of our site.
Overall, you will be able to make an impact, fast. The work you accomplish will directly correlate with the success of our company. You’ll quickly see your ideas and work live, on our platform and in daily business processes.
- Support Buyers via chat, email, and phone
- Routinely approve Buyer projects and profiles for public view
- Actively manage Buyer accounts
- Collaborate with Maker, Buyer and Product teams to solve Buyer issues
- Assist in maintenance of support tracking system, Buyer FAQs, and related databases
Exceptional written and verbal communication

Technical intuition, aptitude for learning new technologies

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
