Job Description: The Plant Engineering department is responsible for the utilities systems that directly support production (e.g. electricity, HVAC, HEPA filtration, various types of water, various gases, waste water, etc). This first shift, temporary position, will provide computer aided drawing assistance to the department by preparing drawings associated with a variety of projects that are modifying the plant engineering systems. Other Plant Engineering assignments maybe made dependent on need and available skill set.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Retrieve drawing files, isolate sections, cut and paste parts to compose options, prepare new drawing, print copies, and collate when applicable
Convert sketches to drawings utilizing naming and numbering conventions, symbols, elements, and details
Visit various parts of the facilities, gather applicable information, prepare or modify "As-Built" drawings
Assist with the preparation of presentation materials
Attend project meetings as directed, modify drawings according to minutes
Training, Team Meetings, and Documentation

? Proficient with MS-Excel

Education/ Experience Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent is required
? Formal education and training in computer aided drawing is required, certification/degree is preferred
? Two or more years of professional CAD experience using some version of AutoCad brand software is required, in an industrial setting is preferred
? Knowledge of applicable codes and construction techniques related to the Department's systems is a plus
? Knowledge of MS-Excel is needed
? Travel between various buildings in Warsaw is up to 5%; therefore a valid, unencumbered, Indiana Operator license is required.
