Assists in the performance of non-invasive cardiac diagnostics procedures on a variety of age-specific populations, including all modalities of stress testing, holter or event monitor application, and 12 lead EKG performance. Stress testing procedures include non-imaging stress tests, exercise stress tests with oxygen consumption, and exercise or dobutamine echocardiography. Responsible for accurate and timely processing and distribution of cardiac reports associated with these procedures, charge capture and back up support for cardiac scheduling.
Position Requirements:Minimum Education:
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Associates Degree
Required: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
Preferred: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
Required: CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
Preferred: Certified Cardiographic Technician,ACLS (Advanced Cardio Life Support Certified) and/or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
