Optimize available capacity by actively managing and evaluating the cargo capacity forecast at a flight level making necessary adjustments to balance service level and revenue performance in assigned markets.

Optimize revenue by actively managing and evaluating Pricing proposals for assigned markets to ensure the rates are competitive and profitable for all products and commodities.

Optimize available schedule by performing metaroute maintenance, station restrictions, flight type restrictions and handling time parameters that are cost effective and Customer focused.

Monitor and analyze the competitive environment, staying apprised of all industry issues pertaining to pricing and routing initiatives.

Demonstrate familiarity with assigned cargo markets.

Support Cargo Operations to identify and resolve any operations issues due to capacity forecasts.

Support Cargo Sales with pricing research, questions or issues identified.

Learn the basics of Cargo's business processes.

Become familiar with departmental reports, data sources and CMG applications responsible for pricing, capacity/demand management, routing management, Customer Relationship Management and point of sale.

Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support departmental requests.

Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Minimum Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

College degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or Math.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

0-2 years experience in Revenue Management or equivalent analytical environment.

Knowledge of Revenue Management and pricing theory is a plus.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

Physical abilities include but are not limited to: seeing, standing, sitting, pulling, pushing, squatting, walking, reaching and writing.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

Must be technically proficient with respect to Microsoft Office products, with SQL knowledge a plus.

Capacity to work, with limited supervision, handling highly detail-oriented tasks, under tight time frames, with multiple concurrent assignments.

Excellent mathematical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Must be detail-oriented while still seeing the big picture.

Demonstrate initiative and creativity in identifying and solving problems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with People at all levels within the organization.

Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information.

Must be able to work well with others as part of a Team.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to travel occasionally and work extended hours when needed.

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
