Outbound telemarketing to active or inactive customers in an effort to retrieve feedback for survey’s and or reactivation
Interacts with casino customers, food & beverage, special events and promotions via the AS400 to issue accommodations, complimentaries, events and offers based on predetermined mail offers, available comp dollars or comp matrix in computer (ADTLF) in AS400. Discretionary comp decisions are not made by employee
Inputs reservation in entirety for hotel transient guests; general knowledge of the hotel and amenities
LMS data entry of reservations for wholesalers, internet, conventions, buses, junkets and entertainment when needed
AS400 & LMS data entry assistance from the Host/Player Development and Poker (Taj Mahal) staff when needed.
Fully versed in the status of the hotel, current entertainment, special events and comp philosophy
Distributes complimentary tickets at designated location for headliner entertainment, special events and/or promotions based on predetermined offer or completed reservation
Ensures accuracy of data entry that reservations were entered correctly and does not result in overbookings for restaurants, rooms, shows and events.
Fully versed in AS400 and LMS screens and capabilities
Performs duties as assigned for the marketing and hotel systems; Always presents oneself as a professional in customer service, and as a credit to the Trump Taj Mahal and Trump Plaza. In addition to serving as a role model for others to do the same
Min (2) years experience in customer service function. Preferred casino hotel experience. Must be detail and multi-tasked oriented, as well as display a sense of urgency. Must have very good organizational, communication, articulation and typing skills. Basic computer knowledge and proper use of grammar
